We address to people in vulnerable situation through social entities and services

Apropa Cultura is a website where professionals of social action can buy tickets for shows and exhibitions for cultural outings with the people you assist. You will enjoy the regular programme of the main theatres, concert halls, museums and festivals.

You can participate in Close to Culture if….

You are a legally constituted social service, or entity (social centre, foundation, association, city council…)
You are working with people in a vulnerable situation.
You are working in the prevention or the direct intervention sector.
You are receiving some subsidy or support from a public or private entity with social purpose.
You commit yourselves to comply with the programme conditions.

About Culture is not directed to:

Special education schools, since they can benefit from the educational offer of the Department of Education. Only TVA groups and PFI groups can participate in the program.
Casals, civic centers, associations or leisure centers for older people.
Only for older people in situations of vulnerability or isolation in residences or day centers.
Social spaces, neighborhood Casals.
Training schools for adults. AMPAS and AFAS that are not from special education schools.
Neighborhood associations.
Adult Education Centers. They can only participate with instrumental training cycles within basic education.

Apropa Cultura is art, theatre, dance, music…

An extraordinary cultural offer addressed to centres, social services and entities which work with people and groups in a vulnerable situation.

Groups we address to:

•   Persons with intellectual disability: occupational centres, occupational therapy services, homes.
•   Persons with social problems deriving from a mental disorder: day centres, social clubs, services of community rehabilitation…
•   Persons with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
•   Persons with physical, hearing or visual disability in a vulnerable situation.
•   Elderly: homes, day centres, programs against isolation, programs of social inclusion…
•   Persons with addictions.
•   Persons in a deprivation of freedom situation.
•   Migrant persons, refugees and persons belonging to ethnic minorities.
•   LGTBI persons in a vulnerable situation.
•   Children and adolescence: CRAES and open centres.
•   Women: gender violence and vulnerability.
•   Homeless persons.
•   Persons in a situation of risk of social exclusion: welcome centres, social services centres.

And also to:

• Health sector entities.
• Associations of relatives linked to syndromes or diseases.

Once you have registered the program, a rate will be assigned depending on your centre features.

(*) The person who registers in Apropa Cultura as a leisure coordinator must have a corporate email (not personal), given that this program is only aimed at social entities
