Types of reservations
Booking through Apropa Cultura is very simple. Following the step-by-step process to book tickets.
There are two available sorts of reservation
- Direct or on request throughout the year
- On call on programmed data. During the season, we open several calls by which cultural promoters present their proposals and centres can request activities to enter a raffle assignation.
Direct booking
Apart from seasonal activities which appear on a call, cultural promoters can leave booking requests open for some shows throughout the year.
This makes it possible to directly book the activities you want with no need to be in the call period.
Some direct activities need a previous request, you can make the reservation and wait for the programmer’s answer.

Apropa Cultura uses a fair and transparent system of ticket allocation so all social centres and services have the same opportunities.
Each step of the process has specific periods that you will find at the Calendar of Calls. There are always two rounds of allocations to broaden possibilities to book the activities which interest you the most.
