Un matí d’orquestra per a persones amb Alzheimer i altres demències 23/24

In an "Orchestra Morning" you will participate in 3 activities: a musical meeting with student musicians from the ESMUC (School of Music of Catalonia), attendance at a part of the rehearsal of the Barcelona Symphony Orchestra and the National Orchestra of Catalonia (OBC) and a musical workshop to experiment with different instruments.

How to prepare the activity:

Before coming, make a list of the significant songs for the participants, those that they have sung, danced and listened to throughout their lives. Listen to them, sing them, talk about the memories related to them.

The day of the activity:

• Arrive on time so you can enjoy the whole experience! Check how to get there on the Auditorium website or in the guide that will be sent to you before the activity.

• In the workshop, educators and accompanying persons are also invited to participate actively.

• During the OBC rehearsal, the novelty of the space, the dim light or the intensity of the sound may cause strong emotions or even discomfort. If this happens, you can escort him out of the room and give him space to relax.

Once the reservation is made, you will receive a small easy-to-read guide dedicated to educators, companions, therapists and participants in the activity.

It is recommended to read it in order to fully enjoy the experience. The team of an "Orchestra Morning" is at your disposal to resolve any doubt or question.
