How Do Older People Use New Technologies?

With the help of social and professional organizations in the sector, we will ask ourselves how gender intersects with the elderly, how they make use of new technologies and finally how care for the elderly is and what benefits they can find in culture. The talks have been designed by Apropa Cultura in collaboration with the National Art Museum of Catalonia.

What is the format and schedule? All sessions are in online format, through the Zoom platform, on Wednesdays from 6pm to 7pm.
Who is it for? It is aimed at professionals in the cultural, social and health fields. It will be a space for exchange and meeting between the three areas to seek links and collaborations.

How do older people learn new technologies? What use do they make of it? What are your interests in digital cultural content? We will talk about learning from the elderly, analyze cultural digital content, and listen first-hand to the experience of users.
