In this fourth edition of the Apropa Culture Week, progress is being made to make possible a change in orientation in the presentation format of the event: an attempt has been made to flee from the formal press conference to organize a massive social act of presentation, celebration, a meeting point and unavoidable meeting point for all the actors involved in Apropa Cultura.
